Notice: To All Terrorists...
Dear Terrorists,
Before attempting to blow up your targets remember to practice blowing up a bomb at home.
Practice makes perfect.
Also remember to tell your family that you plan on blowing up something and killing a bunch of people.
Or else your family will look stupid on the six o'clock news defending your actions as they will think you are sane.
And finally be sure to wear your bomb. This will save us time because we won't have to trial you.
